State-run Radio Pakistan reported on Friday that two unarmed Pakistani civilians were martyred and another was injured in firing by India’s Border Security Force (BSF) near the border in Kasur. Citing security sources, the report said that three residents of Ladhar village went a few steps ahead of a border pillar when the BSF “opened fire on them without warning”. “The sources said two civilians were martyred while another sustained injuries in the firing.
