The old South African puddings deserve to be cherished and returned to the heart of our kitchens. One of the greatest of them all, Tipsy Tart, was cooked by a grand bunch of cooks during my cooking weekend at the Karoo Art Hotel in Barrydale this weekend. It turned out beautifully.
